Return & Refund Guidelines
1. Returns and Exchanges
At Premier Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of receiving your product.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. It must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@premiergrass.co.uk within the specified return period. Provide your order number and details about the item you would like to return or exchange.
4. Shipping the Item
After receiving approval for your return, please ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
